Roast safely

Roasting makes smoke and sheds flammable chaff. Run your Nano with good ventilation, keep the chaff collector clean, never leave a roast fully unattended, and let beans finish cooling before you bag them (freshly roasted coffee also off-gasses CO₂ — rest it 12–24 hours before brewing, and don't seal it airtight straight away).

That's the map. The territory is in the cup — so weigh out 100 grams, pick a profile, and start your roast log. Welcome to the craft.
